Background story of the tatami

Sue Brandon, the creator of the tatami has decades of experiance as a judo instructor as well. When she has opened her first dojo she had to face a seemingly impossible task: she had to install a mobile combat mat to a temporary site. The official - rubber block on wooden frame - structure judo ground was obviously out of the question. Not only because of its extreme costs, but beacuse its immobility that derives from its installation.
Many people are certainly faced with this probleme, should they be martial artists or P.E. teachers.
So when the developer started to devise her idea's production plans, her aim was to create an affordable, universal device. The final product was tested by her and her students of course. This mat then grew into the well-known Sue Brandon Tatami.
